For centuries the human figure has been the subject of countless artists, all hoping to capture some essence of humanity. My desire was to capture not only the musculature and power of the physical form, but also the hidden human potential which can only be found in stillness and quiet introspection. It is in this stillness that emerges the potentiality and ultimately the manifestation or creation of man himself.
